Senate Conservatives should view Ted Cruz’s healthcare amendment as do-or-die proposition

For seven long years now, dating back to Scott Brown’s shocking upset in the 2010 Massachusetts special election to fill the late Ted Kennedy’s long-held U.S. Senate seat, the Republican Party has run on no promise more frequently and fervently than it has on the need to repeal Obamacare.
