You can often judge the current and projected state of a country by watching where the comings and goings of the affluent. After all, if a nation is going down, it’s the rich who have the means to get out before things get too bad. Where are the rich fleeing? Where are they going?
The two obvious answers (to me, at least) each rank 2nd on their respective lists. The United States is the second favorite destination for the rich while China is losing the second highest number of millionaires. At the top of the destination list is millionaire-magnet Australia. Meanwhile millionaires are fleeing France the fastest.
