One of the advantages of running a website is having the ability to do pretty much whatever I want. As long as I don’t embarrass others who are associated with the site, I can add or remove any features at will. It’s a good feeling.
Most of the articles I publish on this site and others fall into the 500-1000 word range. Occasionally, I’ll take on subjects that are more in-depth and push all the way up to 2000+ words. Short thoughts get squeezed into 140-characters or less on Twitter. That leaves a gaping hole for the ideas I’d love to share that aren’t quite long enough to be an article but that are too long to squeeze into Twitter. Until now, I’ve pretty much avoided those topics. Today, I’m showing you my briefs.
“Rucker’s Briefs” will be short posts under 500 words laying out my perspectives on a wide variety of topics. That’s it. I don’t think any more explanation is necessary. You can find them here.
